Who is the ideal participant for this program?
The ideal participant will not have food allergies and will be open to trying a wide variety of ingredients and flavor profiles.
This program is a good match for people who like to eat a wide variety of dishes each week. Of all our offerings, this 4-week group program gives our clients the most variety of dishes at the most affordable cost.
Our meals include:

- Wild fish or seafood for Tuesday dinner
- Organic poultry & pork, grass-fed beef & pastured eggs for the rest of the menu
- All sorts of vegetables like leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, summer & winter squash, sweet potatoes, We use cauliflower rice & cauliflower purée often.
- High quality oils like olive oil, avocado oil & coconut oil
- Fresh herbs & spices, along with citrus juice & zest for seasoning and flavor

Reusable Containers: A Planet-Friendly Practice:
In order to reduce waste and not depend on compostable containers that require a commercial composting service, we employ a reusable food storage container system. Our clients run the empty containers through the dishwasher, place them inside the delivery bags, then place the bags on their porch to be picked up when the next batch of meals are delivered. Our team then sanitizes the containers in our commercial kitchen. The containers are used for food storage only and are not to be used in the microwave.
